Emma & Ryan:
When two self-proclaimed “adult children” decide to get married you know you’re in for a weekend full of the most fun!
Emma and Ryan met during their sophomore year in college. With them both being on the shy side, It was Ryan’s roommate who ultimately convinced him to ask her out. Actually…correction. It was Ryan’s roommate giving him the silent treatment UNTIL he asked her out that did the convincing. (What a guy, right?)
Fast forward almost 8 years later and Emma and Ryan landed at The Market at Grelen and decided that it was the perfect place for them to get married. (Cue Angelica!)
There were a few things they knew they wanted to include— books, brisket, and mini PB&J’s as their late night snack. DONE. The rest they left (mostly) to my creatively freedom…and I loved them for this!
With them not being afraid of color, I really was able to play with their design and have some fun. Blue was a chosen favorite of theirs, so when thinking through their tablescape I focused my attention first of what shade of blue they gravitated towards the most. From there, we picked their pieces to compliment that and enlisted the help of Hedge Fine Blooms to create floral arrangements to match!
